Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Scheeme's website, applications, and services (the "Service"). By using Scheeme, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Scheeme. If you are using Scheeme on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Maintaining the security of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Use of the Service
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Upload malicious code or content
- Abuse usage limits or attempt to bypass safeguards
We may impose reasonable limits on usage to protect system performance and other users.
4. Third-Party Integrations
When you connect third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar) to Scheeme, you authorize us to access and use that data as described in our Privacy Policy and in the permissions you grant. For Google Calendar, this may include reading, creating, updating, and deleting calendar events when you enable two-way sync. You can revoke access at any time through your account settings or the third-party service.
5. Content Ownership
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to Scheeme. By using the Service, you grant Scheeme a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
Our Content
All trademarks, logos, software, and Service content (excluding your content) are owned by Scheeme and may not be copied or reused without permission.
6. Paid Plans & Billing
- Some features may require payment.
- Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Prices may change with notice.
- You are responsible for applicable taxes.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of your account.
7. Termination
You may stop using Scheeme at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your use poses a security or legal risk
- Required by law
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Scheeme is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding availability or uptime, accuracy or reliability of content, or fitness for a particular purpose. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scheeme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scheeme from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Scheeme operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
